Personal information: name, mobile phone number, email address (optional), profile photo, professional qualifications, and areas of expertise.

Usage data: app usage patterns, lesson schedules, teaching records, training records, and interaction data.

Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens.

Network information: to support features such as video uploads, we use network status monitoring components to collect network connection status, including Wi-Fi network name (SSID), router identifier (BSSID), and IP address. This information is used locally to determine network availability and connection type, and is not uploaded to our servers or provided to third parties.

To maintain application stability and diagnose crashes, our application integrates the following third-party SDK:

Bugly SDK (Android)

Information collected: phone model, phone brand, Android system version, CPU architecture type, whether the device is rooted, disk space usage, memory space usage, network type, app process name, and PID.

Purpose: when the app crashes, device and runtime environment information is collected to diagnose and fix crash issues and improve app stability.

Processing method: encrypted transmission.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Students, parents, coaches, or organizations connected with your account, such as name, profile, professional qualifications, and training-related records needed to provide the service.
• Service providers that help us operate, maintain, and secure the platform.
• Law enforcement authorities or regulators when required by applicable law.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and operational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

We retain your information while your account remains active or as needed to provide the services. You may request deletion of your account and related data at any time, subject to legal, regulatory, security, and dispute-resolution retention requirements.

You may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your account and related data.
• Opt out of marketing communications where applicable.

We provide several ways to delete your account:

In-app deletion (recommended):

• PrimeBridge Client app: go to "Me" > "Help & Support" and tap "Delete Account".
• PrimeBridge Pro app: go to "Me" > "Settings" and tap "Delete Account".

After you tap the deletion button, the system will show a confirmation dialog. Once confirmed, the account will be deleted immediately.

Email deletion:

• Send an email to support@primebridge.cn with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered mobile phone number.
• We will review and process the request within 15 business days.

After deletion:

• Your personal information, including name, phone number, and profile information, will be deleted or anonymized.
• Account deletion cannot be reversed, and your account and related data cannot be restored.
• Course records, booking information, and other data associated with your account will be deleted together where applicable.
