PrimeBridge Client and PrimeBridge Pro support mobile verification code login, so no password is required. Open the app, enter your mobile phone number, and enter the verification code you receive. Your account will be created automatically on first login.
In PrimeBridge Client, go to "Me", select "Family Management", tap "Add Child", and enter the child's name and mobile phone number. The child can later log in to PrimeBridge Client with that number.
In PrimeBridge Client, browse available coaches and time slots, select a suitable lesson time, and confirm the booking. After the booking succeeds, both you and the coach will receive a notification.
In PrimeBridge Pro, open the workbench and select the video analysis feature. After uploading a training video, the coach can add professional annotations and analysis comments. The result will sync to the corresponding student's parent.
A lesson package is a prepaid set of lesson credits. Parents can purchase packages for children in PrimeBridge Client. Credits are deducted automatically after lessons, and balances and usage records are available at any time.
PrimeBridge Client and PrimeBridge Pro may request access to your photo library for selecting training videos and your camera for recording training videos. These permissions are used only for training-related features and can be managed in your system settings.
In the app, go to the "Me" page, open "Help & Support", and tap "Delete Account". After deletion, related data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored, so please proceed carefully.
